I'm Scott, and I am a physiotherapist specialising in injury rehabilitation, sports performance, and musculoskeletal conditions. I take a holistic and individualised approach to rehabilitation, recognising that effective recovery goes beyond treating the injury—it involves understanding the person, their goals, and what makes you unique.

My practice is grounded in key principles: optimising biomechanics, developing personalised plans based on sound exercise science, applying a measured and progressive approach to rehabilitation, and encouraging purposeful, intent-driven training. My goal is not only to support recovery, but to build resilient individuals that return to activity stronger, more capable, and perform better than ever before.
